1. Sawing: Our company uses compound sawing machines, automatic universal saws, automatic double-head saws and other sawing machines for size cutting. The cutting length and end face angle can be cut according to requirements. The material length accuracy error can reach ±0.3mm, the angle accuracy error can reach ±1°, and the material cut is flat and smooth.

2. Tooling fixture design and fixing: This step is to operate when the profile is placed on the machining center. Professionals design and fix the tooling fixture according to the product characteristics. It can ensure the accuracy of aluminum profile processing, and avoid the processing error caused by the position deviation of the profile during the processing process.
